capcode runs with Natural Earth

Hello,

first thank a lot for your excellent work! I found the shapefiles so nice that I decided to revamp the way capcode display charts and to use the Natural Earth shapefile format to display the background of the earth (the layer below the nautical charts).

(capcode is a navigation software for sailing and regatta).

Natural Earth really improved the quality of capcode, thanks again.
